IHG acquires majority stake in Regent Hotels for $39m
InterContinental Hotels Group in a joint venture with Formosa International Hotels has announced the acquisition of a 51% stake in Regent Hotels and Resorts for $39 million, with the right to acquire the remaining 49% phased from 2026.
