With bars across New York City, Los Angeles, Denver and Washington DC, craft cocktail specialists Death & Co are set to open their fifth and sixth locations on Australian shores alongside Australian Venue Co, which owns and operates over 200 of the country’s most-loved pubs and bars.

Death & Co locations based in Melbourne CBD and Brisbane are slated to open in Spring 2025.

The award-winning cocktail innovators opened their flagship venue in 2006 and have since influenced both industry and customer trends as leaders in the craft cocktail movement.

The recruitment search has begun for experienced Venue Managers and Bar Managers to lead the two new sites, with a training and mentoring program based in the United States for the successful candidates.

Those picked for the positions will be flown to Death & Co locations in New York City for cultural immersion, Denver for hands on training during service and Los Angeles as the last stop before returning to Australia to help bring the fifth and sixth bars to life.
