CEL makes foray into Australian hotel market with The Sebel Mandurah
Singaporean owned CEL Australia has purchased The Sebel Mandurah – a 4.5 star waterfront hotel in Perth’s southern suburbs – for $15 million, brokered by CBRE Hotels, in conjunction with JLL Hotels and Hospitality Group.
Finbar announces $12.5m Perth serviced apartment sale to ZACD Group
ASX-listed Western Australian developer, Finbar Group Limited, has announced the sale of 64 studio apartments at its Aire West Perth development to Singaporean-based ZACD group.
Hospitality giant Wyndham Hotel Group is strengthening its presence in Western Australia with the announcement of its third Perth hotel, to be developed by NXT TEC. Ltd., set to open in late 2018.
